Returns
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags included. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. These may include seasonal or holiday products, clearance or sale items, used items, items damaged after delivery due to misuse, and hygiene or personal-use products where applicable.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Inspection
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the item and a short description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
